Direct hotel links go to Agoda with this site's partner id, cid 1979059. Other programmes, including Booking.com, are reached through Travelpayouts (marker 705381). The site may also link to Viator, GetYourGuide, Klook and similar platforms when a listing already has a verified URL. When you click, the platform records that the referral came from Cartagena Pointer. If you book, they pay a commission out of their own margin.
It never changes your price
You pay the same price if you click a link here or open the booking site yourself. The commission comes from the platform, not from you.
Recommendations stay independent
Guides feature places based on what helps a traveller — quality, location, value, and real guest ratings. A hotel or activity doesn't get a better write-up because it earns a higher commission, and the site does not take payment for sponsored placements. If that ever changes, it will be labelled clearly.
